Conveniently located along the Lake Michigan shoreline in Grand Haven, the Timber View Apartment Community hired CD Barnes Construction to build two new three-story buildings on their property, adding a total of sixty new contemporary apartment units.

The apartments include spacious one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans that feature walk-in closets, full size in-home washers and dryers, granite counter tops, and premium brushed chrome finishes. Apartment living includes use of a sparkling pool with sun deck, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse with complimentary WiFi, outdoor gathering area with fit pit and everything that makes an affordable luxury living apartment experience.

Each unit also has its own private entrance and patio or balcony area. The vinyl siding on the exterior of the buildings is accented by cultured stone and cement board trim giving the community a fresh modern appearance requiring little or no maintenance.

Timber View, is ideally situated in a quiet neighborhood minutes from the heart of Grand Haven, Lake Michigan, close to schools, major highways and across the street from three shopping centers. Grand Haven, MI is a noted beach town that claims to offer its residents "lakeshore living".
