Apex Management, a property management firm, received an opportunity to relocate their business.

The new location — the top floor of a commercial office building — provided more space, natural light, and a sweeping view across Bethlehem.

Despite its advantages, the existing space was generic and unremarkable. Goals of the renovations included providing varying levels of privacy options for client and tenant meetings and incorporating brand personality.

4/4 Architecture worked closely with Apex to select materials that maximized transmittance of natural light, were sustainable, and were sourced locally. The result is a new office space with a special quality of light that is calming and feels like home for Apex staff.
