"Tile Panel" Roof System
Met-Tile's "cool roof" line features 10 designer colors that meet or exceed ENERGY
STAR® requirements for roof reflectivity. The system consists of "tile panels" that combine the popular look of Spanish tile with the high performance of metal. In addition to energy savings, benefits include superior resistance to wind (230+ mph wind rating), fires, hail, earthquakes, pest infestation and rot. The long-length 26-gauge panels are only a fraction the weight of tile, allowing for substructure savings in new construction projects. The panels install easily over solid decking or open purlins. Met-Tile is also available in high performance aluminum for use in corrosive environments.

Curveline, Inc., which has a patented method for "crimp-curving" of profiled metal panels, can custom-curve exposed and concealed fastener profile in a wide range of substrates. Applications include metal roofs and walls; standard or acoustical roof decks; fascias and mansards; canopies, shelter covers, curved flashings and more. Curveline's service allows the architect or other specifier to source metal panels from leading manufacturers in 100+ locations around the country. The designer then specifies the desired radii and angles of curvature. Capabilities include simple or multi-radius curves on 26 GA - 18 GA panels from 3/4" to 4" in depth.
