With the DCD
Archives you have unlimited access the the largest database
of real building costs and the ability to run as many "What if?" scenarios
needed, develop conceptual construction costs in minutes. Subscribing to the DCD Archives
will add so much value to your office, you'll feel like you've added
an in-house consultant.
Select a category and/or building component to narrow your
search. Multiple selections will continue to narrow the
search until the best project can be located.
The project will appear calculated to the current month and
year. The location and sq. ft. size will default to the
original project information. You can now change size &
location to fit your needs.
Click on the "Hi Res PDF" link located in the upper right
corner of the project data. This will open the original
project data which can be printed and included with your
report.
Make the appropriate changes to the "Target Criteria" then
click Target. The project will re-calculate based on the new
criteria. Note: Silver Subscribers will show costs in division
totals only (subdivision costs are available to gold
subscribers only).
Gold Subscribers can click the "Save" button which will
activate the edit project "My Saved Project" feature. Here subscribers can
rename the project, add/delete
divisions and add/delete/edit subdivision data to further
customize the project report.
Add a division by entering division code & name. Check the
building cost box to include in the building costs - leave
the box empty to include it in the non-building costs.
Click "Create" to complete action.
Click "Edit" on the division line to open the
division editor. Here
you can change the code, name. and the building cost box to
include or exclude it from the building costs.
Click "Update" to complete action.
