Communities are continuing to update and construct new fire stations to serve their citizens. In this analysis we look at one 8,700 square foot, 1-floor (no basement), new fire station with a masonry exterior and a metal roof. The outlook is strong for health care construction due to the constant aging of our population. In this building cost analysis we look at the cost of a 4-floor, 234,000 square foot new hospital with EIFS/Brick exterior and a membrane roof.
