keeping the teacher-to-student ratios low, with classroom sizes
averaging less than 25 students. Project ownership needed to be open for
the fall 2012 school year, and UEB Builders was instrumental in helping
them achieve this goal. To speed up the construction process, UEB
utilized tilt-up concrete exterior walls that allowed a 40-day schedule
compression over what would have been required with conventional CMU
