Reserve Advisors Inc. recently moved into newly renovated space at the
City Center at 735 N. Water, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Close coordination
between the Building Owner (Compass Properties), the Architect, the
Contractor and the Tenant has led to a cost effective and timely
execution of the 5,300-square-foot project.
As the nation's largest provider of reserve studies, Reserve Advisors
delivers detailed reserve budget planning tools to guide their clients
in fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities for the maintenance,
operation and longevity of their properties. With increased growth,
Reserve Advisors had been occupying space in a nearby office building,
but on multiple floors and multiple suites. This build-out leads to
increased communication and efficiency among the staff, that translates
to increased value for their clients.
The historic building, designed by Daniel Burnham in 1912, lends a quiet
elegance to the remodeled office space. Mattes Architects & Designers,
LLC of West Allis, WIisconsin chose a color palette to compliment color
schemes that would have been used in the early 1910’s. The mezzanine
level was a perfect fit for Reserve, allowing easy access for clients
and a highly mobile staff. The floor plan uses the long and narrow space
for open, low workstations, and provides views to the Milwaukee River. A
new break room kitchen and bathrooms are also included.
Berghammer Construction was chosen by Compass Properties for their
cost-effectiveness and ability to complete the project in 90 days from
permit to punch list.
