elevations and interior spaces. The structural elements are composed of
load bearing masonry and structural steel framing. An exterior finish of

clean lines and contemporary styling.
The building's interior features include custom millwork, frosted
decorative glass, premium floor and wall finishes and specialty
audio/visual and telecommunications systems. Dramatic sloped ceilings,
up to 30 feet in some areas, offer aesthetic beauty while the clerestory
windows provide an abundance of natural light.
The facilities mechanical system consists of a chilled water system
complete with air handlers, chillers and a gas-fired boiler.
Pre-construction design reviews, value engineering and detailed project
specifications minimized changes during the construction phase. Meetings
were held on a weekly basis with the owner, architect and construction
manager to monitor costs, ensure quality control and expedite the
production schedule. As a result the building was completed in budget
and on time.
