The latest addition to the Infinite Energy corporate campus adds 36,500 gross square feet of office space, housing over 155 employees. This facility was designed around the specific needs of its owners to accommodate a call center, trade center, conference rooms and executive offices. Amenities include a fitness center, walking trails and a multi-purpose room.

The unique shape of the building adds visual interest to the exterior elevations and interior spaces. The structural elements are composed of load bearing masonry and structural steel framing. An exterior finish of split-faced block compliments the unique look of the building, one of clean lines and contemporary styling.

The building's interior features include custom millwork, frosted decorative glass, premium floor and wall finishes and specialty audio/visual and telecommunications systems. Dramatic sloped ceilings, up to 30 feet in some areas, offer aesthetic beauty while the clerestory windows provide an abundance of natural light.

The facilities mechanical system consists of a chilled water system complete with air handlers, chillers and a gas-fired boiler.

Pre-construction design reviews, value engineering and detailed project specifications minimized changes during the construction phase. Meetings were held on a weekly basis with the owner, architect and construction manager to monitor costs, ensure quality control and expedite the production schedule. As a result the building was completed in budget and on time.

BBI Construction Management, Inc. and McKellips Associates are proud to have partnered with Infinite Energy to construct this attractive and functional office facility.
