Kluger Architects was hired by the Crown City Medical Group to create a new Medical and Retail Complex. This newest facility is conveniently located off the I-10 freeway and Santa Anita Avenue, in El Monte, California. The three- story, steel framed building is adorned with Texas Limestone panels, combined with dual glazed, sand blasted windows to provide an elegant addition to the City of El Monte. This facility provides space for medical offices on the second and third floors, with retail stores on the first level.
The upper floors have energy-efficient dual glazed, frosted tinted windows for patient and residential privacy. The building is fully equipped with highspeed Internet access via cable throughout, and one of the fastest oversized elevators in Southern California.
The design of the Crown City Medical Group building was carefully planned to capture the unique character of the city of El Monte, as well as enrich the commercial neighbors along Santa Anita Avenue.
Kluger Architects also designed the interiors and the complete second floor medical suite. Kluger Architects is a full service architectural, planning and design firm.
