C. D. Barnes Associates worked closely with their client, Fox International on a new storage facility in Kentwood, Michigan. The new storage facility is 7,525 square feet of vehicle storage and also includes 5,600 square feet of office and wash bay area.

The facility utilizes a pre-engineered building system by CECO Building Systems, along with traditional masonry construction of plain face block and split-face block. 

Bid in May 2002, the storage facility was completed on time in November 2002 and delivered under budget.
