The Hampton Inn of Carol Stream is located in the Northwest suburb of Carol Stream, Illinois and opened in September 2000. The new hotel is situated on a well planned 3.3 acre development at 205 West North Avenue ( Route 64). This six-story, 71,000-square-foot hotel offers 116 standard, double suite, king and king suite guestrooms. Hotel amenities include seven Meeting/Seminar rooms, an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool spa, exercise facility and many amenities that cater to the business traveler or family on vacation.

The building, which is primarily a precast insulated frame and floor deck structure was erected and closed in four months from start to finish. The choice of precast material was important to the role of bringing in the project on time and within budget.

This project combined the effort of BABCO Construction, Inc., along with the ownership and development team of Arrowhead Management and the architecture group of Karson & Associates, Inc.
