YCW 750 SplineTech™

YKK AP is pleased to introduce the most user friendly screw spline curtain wall system in the market today. The YCW 750 SplineTech™ system dramatically reduces fabrication and field labor.  The design of YCW 750 SplineTech™ eliminates the need for shear blocks as all horizontal members are secured to the verticals employing YKK AP’s patented screw spline system. Two-piece vertical members are fabricated with a simple-to-use drill fixture or punch press to further reduce fabrication time.  The integration of a two-piece vertical member permits entire “ladder” assemblies to be prepared for glazing in the shop including sealant, end dams, and gasket installation. Standard F & T mullion end anchors reduce the number of fasteners required to secure the frame to the structure. All of these features result in a top quality, high performance curtain wall system that has been designed with a substantial labor savings built in.
